HOW DO YOU SHIP ITEMS?

We ship all of our orders via CourierPost.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY PACKAGE?
Your package should arrive within 1 - 2 days of placing an order. Please note, that we do not ship orders until the following day.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
We do not ship internationally at this stage.
WILL MY PACKAGE HAVE TRACK AND TRACE?
Track and Trace is included standard with all shipping from Sixth Street Vintage.

Payment Information

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED?
At this stage we accept all major credit cards and debit cards. We also have PayPal available if you would prefer to use that.
IS BUYING ON-LINE SAFE?
All payments at Sixth Street Vintage go through secure payment gateways - Sixth Street Vintage has no access to the information processed by these platforms.

Orders and Returns

HOW DO I ENTER A DISCOUNT CODE?
Discount codes are entered during checkout process. Once you have confirmed your cart with us and proceed to the checkout process, you will see a place to enter a promo or discount code. Ensure that you click "Apply" - once this is done, you will see the amount adjust in the cart.
I DIDN'T RECIEVE AN ORDER OR SHIPPING CONFIRMATION?
Make sure you’ve checked your junk and spam folders in case the automatic notification has been sent there. You can mark us as SAFE so that you won’t miss any in the future. You can also log back into our website and your tracking number will be under your order. If it’s still not there please contact us via email hello@sixthstreetvintage.co.nz 
WHO SHOULD I CONTACT IF I HAVE ANY QUERIES?
We are always happy to help people - if you have any issues with an order, or have a question to ask us about anything relating to Sixth Street - just pop us an email on hello@sixthstreetvintage.co.nz
We aim to reply to all emails within 24 hours, however during sales periods this may take longer.
HOW CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?
It is highly unlikely that we will be able to cancel an order. Once an order has shipped, there is no way to cancel this. Please contact us as soon as possible if you require your order to be cancelled. hello@sixthstreetvintage.co.nz
DO MY ITEMS HAVE A WARRANTY?
Due to the nature of vintage clothing, we do not offer any form of warranty on items purchased from Sixth Street Vintage
